FLOWTECH STAINLESS STEEL SWING CHECK VALVE
The Flowtech Stainless Steel Swing Check Valve is a non-return valve engineered
to allow fluid flow in one direction only, automatically preventing reverse flow
when the upstream pressure drops. Built with a CF8M (SS 316) or CF8 (SS 304)
investment-cast body, it delivers exceptional corrosion resistance, mechanical
strength, and long service life across the most demanding industrial applications.
The valve operates on a simple, reliable swing disc mechanism — the disc swings
open under forward flow pressure and seats firmly back under gravity and reverse
pressure, requiring zero external actuation or manual intervention. The bolted
bonnet design allows easy internal access for inspection, cleaning, and disc
replacement without removing the valve from the pipeline.
With a Class 600 pressure rating and flanged end connections manufactured to
ANSI B16.5 / IS / DIN standards, Flowtech SS Swing Check Valves are suitable
for high-pressure steam, chemical, oil & gas, and process pipelines where
standard cast iron or carbon steel valves are unable to withstand the operating
environment.
