The Flowtech PTFE Lined Ball Valve is a quarter-turn shut-off valve designed specifically for pipelines handling corrosive, aggressive, and ultra-pure fluids. The entire internal wetted surface — ball, seats, stem seal, and body lining — is encapsulated with virgin PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), creating a complete chemical barrier between the fluid and the metal body. The outer body is manufactured from Cast Iron (CI) or Carbon Steel (CS), providing the structural strength needed for industrial pressure ratings, while the PTFE lining eliminates the risk of corrosion, contamination, and product degradation.
The long lever handle allows quick 90° open/close operation, and the full-bore design ensures zero flow restriction and pressure drop across the valve — critical for slurry, viscous, and particle-laden media. Available with flanged ends complying to IS, DIN, and ANSI standards for universal pipeline compatibility.
The PTFE lining is chemically inert to virtually all industrial chemicals, acids, alkalis, and solvents — making this valve the preferred choice wherever standard metallic valves corrode or contaminate the process fluid.
